SHIPPING
UK Deliveries
We deliver to UK addresses through Royal Mail and we charge flat rates of £2 for Standard Delivery and £7 for an expedited Guaranteed Delivery.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and you should receive it within 1 to 3 days if you choose Standard. If you order before 12pm (excluding Sundays) with Guaranteed Delivery, you'll receive it the following day.
International Deliveries
We also use Royal Mail for our overseas customers, charging flat rates of £4 for Europe and £6 for the rest of the world.
Please note this does not include any import duties or local taxes for which you may be liable.
Estimated delivery time for Europe is 3-7 days, and for the rest of the world it's 5-10 days.
FREE RETURNS
We'll cover the cost of postage. If you're in the UK and you need to exchange or return your item for any reason, just drop us a note with your order number to contact@goodjoe.co.uk, and ship it back to us using the prepaid label, in brand new condition and original packaging within 21 days of purchase. We’ll send you a new one or refund your payment.
